Kinky Stuff RETURN Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with My Kinky Stuff! If you have any questions, you can reach us directly at Master@MyKinkyStuff.com.

For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges (except for defects) on any intimates or under garments or items that touch private areas.  All sales are final. Even if the item is still in sealed packaging and has never been touched, once it is packaged, we cannot accept returns.

If you think that you ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at Returns@MyKinkyStuff.Com . Once the item has been packaged, there is nothing we can do to stop it from being shipped out. 

Colors may appear differently depending on your mobile or computer screen settings we do our best to accurately depict the color. My Kinky Stuff is not responsible for these discrepancies. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always here to answer them. Email us anytime at Master@MyKinkyStuff.Com  we are happy to assist you! 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product at Returns@MyKinkyStuf.Com . In your email, please provide your order # and as much detail regarding the defect as possible, you may include pictures and short videos. If your item is deemed defective, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return your item. All original parts and packaging including instruction manuals, blank warranty cards, batteries, cables/cords, controls, etc. must be included with the returned item. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item back to us.  My Kinky Stuff  is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend that all packages be fully insured for your return order in the event it is lost or damaged. We recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Once the item is received, we will promptly ship out a replacement free of charge. If your product has been discontinued or is out of stock we will issue you store credit in lieu of the exchange.  

Gift cards are nonrefundable.

There are no circumstances that you will receive a refund. We will only issue store credit.
